WELCOME TO MY ONLINE GRAPHIC ART GALLERY
For nearly two decades, I have been building my career in the film and television production industry. Shortly after graduating from Parsons School of Design with a BFA in Illustration, I was recruited to apply to United Scenic Artists Local USA 829 IATSE as a shop industrial for the scenic department where I established a reputation of being a dedicated worker. Never one to settle and always a multi-tasker, I juggled my duties as a scenic artist assistant and continued to study graphic design under the guidance of my treasured mentor, David Passalacqua. By 2006, I transitioned to the computer artist categorization within my union.
My versatility as a designer includes, but is not limited to logos; billboards, posters, advertisements, and other marketing materials; book covers; newspapers, magazines and publications; signage, editorial and editorial and screen layouts; packaging; and photo-retouching. As an energetic designer with extreme curiosity, I relish in the fact that my role can run the range of either adding layers of authenticity by creating realistic elements to heightening a project’s “reality" by generating elements more specific to the world of that story's characters.
Together with my Art Department colleagues, my responsibility is to help grow and define the creative identity of a particular production. Being a Lead Graphic Artist has allowed me to visually influence productions in a much more prominent manner and also assembling and managing a team of graphic designers working under and along side me.
I strive to bring a sense of joy, intelligence, practicality and to always lead with passion.
Check out selections of my work and I look forward to hearing from you.
